Working with Children- Games & Best Practices (Pre-recorded)

Children love to play. This is their specialty! However, as instructors it is our job to teach them the basics of moving, stopping, and turning to ensure they have a safe and positive experience on skates.  Depending on the the age and ability of our students, this can pose quite a challenge.

This workshop focuses specifially on best practices when teaching children in all age groups and how to include games and activities in every lesson that keep them engaged, having fun, but also have a specific purpose.

ICP Director Kris Fondran (M.Ed), ICP Examiners and Certified Instructors from around the world share best practices and age/skill appropriate games when teaching children of all ages.
